Mayfly Guides can accommodate up to 20 guests on a large group trip.  Advanced notice is required depending on the time of year.   
Trip Description:
Green River float trips are a full day experience. This is a trip for some of our more experienced anglers. The drive from Salt Lake City is around 2.5 hours. You can choose to stay the night before camping at the 2 free campgrounds along the river or the Best Western in the town of Kemmerer. Your guide will drop you a pin the day before to schedule your meeting location. From there your guide will be waiting with your boat, waders, boots, rods and lunch ready to go. All casting and techniques are taught to our clients from our friendly expert guides. Guests will spend their day exploring the river and finding trout around every bend.

What To Bring
  • Sunscreen, hat, polarized sunglasses, rain jacket, extra layer, and a camera for pictures of all the fish you'll catch! Most guides will also take pictures for you and send them to you. Our Guides will take care of the rest.
  • We only fish high quality Sage, Redington rods, reels and wading equipment that are free of charge. Mens, women's and children's sizes are available.​

WYOMING FISHING LICENSE
We prefer to limit the angler to guide ratio at 1 to 3.  Additional guides will be added accordingly for larger trips. The more guides the better your day will be. 

The minimum age requirement is 8 years old due to liability reasons. If you need help finding a spin fishing guide we can help. Just give us a call. 
Tipping
Our guides put in a lot of effort to make sure you have a great day on the water, and that doesn't only mean catching fish. We think of tipping the same as at a restaurant. Usually 20%-30% is standard. But, at the end of the day its up to you. We just hope you had a fun day.
