Middle Provo River
  • Fishing Quality: Excellent 
  • Water Clarity: Clear
  • Flows: 293 CFS
  • Best Flies: Small mayflies, Caddis, Midges, Green Drakes, Small Stoneflies
  • Best Technique: Nymphing + some daytime mayfly and caddis dries. Look out for Green Drakes right now they are working their way closer to the dam. They won't last long. Lower sections of the river are starting to warm. Get them early or late.

Weber River (between Rockport and Echo Reservoirs)
  • Fishing Quality: Good
  • Water Clarity: Clear
  • Flows: 270 CFS
  • Best Flies: Small mayflies, Caddis, Midges, Sow Bugs
  • Best Technique: Nymphing. Flows are a touch high. Find Softer water and get you flies down. 

Strawberry River (Duchesne area)
  • Fishing Quality: Great
  • Water Clarity: Clear, weed beds are starting to grow
  • Flows: 347 CFS
  • Best Flies: Sow bugs, Caddis, Yellow sallies, small mayfly nymphs
  • Best Technique: Nymphing, Dry fly fishing
